WHO
WE ARE
Support Staff
By having support staff present daily, students feel more comfortable reaching out for help with various issues, whether they relate to mental health, family, academics, or career aspirations. This accessibility can significantly impact a student's ability to thrive in their educational environment.
Moreover, our support staff play a vital role in facilitating opportunities such as scholarships, vocational training, or early college classes.
We view our support staff as catalysts to unity within the school community. They play a central role in creating a cohesive and supportive environment, fostering collaboration among students, educators, and families. Ultimately, their presence contributes to a positive and inclusive school culture where every student can flourish.
